Payment Option 1: Letter of Credit

Upon signing of the Business Contract and Proforma Invoice, a 30% advance payment is required. The remaining 70% is payable through Letter of Credit at sight (Please see Letter of Credit Procedure for reference). Upon confirmation of your FULL payment, we will send your bank copy of the original B/L. (Letter of Credit Procedure: Upon signing of Sale Contract, The Buyer has to request for credit to Importer’s Bank, The Importers Bank will send credit to Exporter’s Bank and Deliver the letter of Credit to the Exporter/Seller. The Exporter will present documents to Exporter’s Bank. The Exporter’s bank will present documents to importer’s bank. The importer’s Bank will document and claim for payments from Buyer. Buyer can claim the goods from the port.)

Payment Option 2: Telegraphic Transfer

Upon signing of the Business Contract and Proforma Invoice, a 40% advance payment is required. The remaining 60% is payable upon receipt of the copy of B/L. Upon receipt of your FULL payment, all original documents will be sent through DHL. Payment Option 4: CAD Arrangement Upon signing of the Business Contract and Proforma Invoice, a 40% advance payment is required. The remaining 60% is payable through CAD arrangement upon receipt of the copy of B/L.

Payment Option 3: Open Account

Upon signing of the Business Contract and Proforma Invoice, Open an Account with your bank and arrange for 100% Full payment through Letter of Credit at sight. (Please see Letter of Credit Procedure for reference). Upon confirmation of your FULL payment, we will send your bank copy of the original B/L.

Payment Option 4: Letter of Credit At 100% Sight

Upon signing of the Business Contract and Proforma Invoice. You have to proceed to your bank to open 100% at sight LC and submit all the necessary documents. Your bank will send our bank a confirmation of the transaction before we start production of your order and complete your shipment. Once we completed the shipment of your order and upon receipt of 100% payment through bank transfer, we will provide your bank original copy of BL. Afterward, you may take Original BL and claim the goods from your port. We prefer that payment be made through L/C from reputable International Bank. Once you find the above payment options agreeable, kindly advise us and we will proceed to the next step.
